About The Author

I began my career in early childhood education in 2000 as an associate teacher. Over 20+ years, I served as a teacher, supervisor, administrator, and trainer supporting programs in multiple states. I specialize in training on practice-based coaching, the Pyramid Model, CLASS, and other evidence-based topics for children 0-5, helping create nurturing environments that support early learning and development.

A stroke changed my path, requiring me to step away from the classroom and training work. After recovery, I turned my passion to writing books, sharing practical insights and strategies from my experience to support parents, caregivers, and educators.

I’m grateful to continue making an impact through my writing, one page at a time.
